Erin communicated every step as we went. She asked for input and ideas then stuck with the plan. I was expecting a long drawn out process with selling the condo but it was just the opposite. Quick and hassle free. She was always available and always had the answer to questions I had. Being out of state didn't help matters but she stepped up, grabbed the reins and did what needed to be done until the end. I would not only recommend the company but I would recommend Erin.
